Instax Instant Camera (Polaroid Replacement)
As you may or may not know, I have an addiction to Polaroid cameras. Something about instant gratification and the simplicity of here and now.
Polaroid is a jerk and the film is WAY too expensive. So I took my local camera shop guy’s advice and purchased an Instax today. It was $60. and $24.99 for a 20 pack of film. Here are some images.
It’s as easy to use as a Polaroid. However the thing is so ugly and clunky it gets a ZERO for style. I’m going to sharpie it to death. Pictures to come. The film is a little flimsy, but you can still shake it like a polaroid Fuji Instax picture.
Going out vs Staying in
Alissa came over for dinner Friday and we worked on tech sheets instead of going out and this is what she said when she left my apartment:
“I love walking down franklin with a plastic bag full of leftovers while my friends drive by on their way to Teddy’s making fun of me”
We will NEVER spend a Friday night in again for as long as we live in Los Angeles.
Friends/Links/Lovers
So my web designer guy Austin Saylor (magical designer and magician) first made fun of me for NEVER blogging and wanting to put it up on my site. Then he asked me for a list of friends/links/lovers that I would like to have on my “friends” section on kristencoates.com …. here are some things I considered.

www.theladytigra.com because “bass on the bottom” is still the best music video eveferererferferrr. The site however no longer exists.
I totally thought this guy was so cute for like 5 minutes. I still think he’s cute, sort of. More importantly he’s funny Ben
